Simplast Group is an international leader in advanced rotational molding of plastics.
Since 1973, we have been perfecting rotational molding technology by closely working with our clients and listening their needs. We cover the entire supply chain: from planning to technical design, from the creation of molds to manufacturing, from packaging to shipping. Innovation, searching for high-performance materials, keeping close contact with clients and sustainability.
Our strength lies in being a family business equipped with industrial production expertise and operating all around the world to provide service to the international market.
Our highly technical services allow us to work in different sectors: agricultural and earthmoving machines, automotive and navigation, industrial cleaning machines, healthcare and interior design furnishings.
Simplast Group consists of various divisions that operate at an international level.
With 270 employees in Italy and over 200 abroad, the group is one of the largest industrial companies specialized in advanced rotational molding. Over the years, each division has specialized in serving a particular sector or market, closely collaborating with the Group to provide effective solutions.
The forefather of the Group, it was founded in 1973 by Vincenzo Lorenzin. Today, it is the company’s production force, serving as the dynamic and design interface for our clients. Equipped with advanced rotational molding technology, Nuova Simplast is ready to meet the most demanding needs in terms of shapes, materials and applications.
Simplast India was established in 2007 in Greater Noida, not far from New Delhi. The Group’s first foreign subsidiary, it is located in a strategic area to serve the Asian market. In 2016, Simplast India opened a new division in Chennai, in the southern part of the country.
Simplast UK was founded in 2018 in Sheffield, an important industrial district in South Yorkshire. This division aims to provide direct and privileged supply to British clients. The UK Division actively collaborates with Indian branches to promote rotational molding in countries that are part of the Commonwealth.

A plastic evolution
Simplast is a family business and a business for families. The former refers to the family of my father, who started it all. The latter are those of our employees, with whom we have established a relationship based on understanding, friendship and responsibility.

Vincenzo Lorenzin founded Simplast Snc in Montà d’Alba, on the hills of Roero.
Simplast created its first PE-X fuel tank: a revolution that changed the market and established Simplast’s authority in the industry.
The Group’s other operational units were established. The divisions in Brignano (BG), Malo (VI) and Caldonazzo (TN) were opened.
Attainment of the ISO 9001 certification.
Beginning of collaborations with outstanding international brands belonging to the design and furnishing sectors.
Establishment of Simplast India, the group’s first foreign subsidiary.
Simplast UK, the hub dedicated to the British and Commonwealth market, was founded.
Nuova Simplast Srl was established: this is the Group’s holding company handled by the Lorenzin family.
The Simplast Group celebrates 50 years of activity and success. Presentation of the sustainability report containing the Group’s commitment to reduce its environmental impact by utilizing environmental-friendly materials and technologies.
